Africa-rooted transformation advisory

Transformation
that lasts.

CREDEW helps organisations translate ambition into action by aligning business strategy, people and culture, leadership and sustainability.

Credible. Sustainable. Transformation.

01

The transformation problem

Transformation falters when the parts that must move together are treated separately.

CREDEW brings strategy, people, culture, leadership and sustainability together—helping organisations build transformation agendas that are strategically sound, humanly credible and capable of being sustained.

What we do

Three practices.
One transformation agenda.

Each practice can address a distinct organisational need. Their greatest value emerges when they are designed to reinforce one another.

01

Business Strategy and Transformation

Helping organisations clarify direction and build the structures, systems and roadmaps needed to turn strategy into results.

  • Business and institutional strategy
  • Transformation roadmaps
  • Operating model and execution alignment

03

Sustainability and ESG

Embedding sustainability into strategy, decisions and operations so that commitments create credible and measurable value.

  • Materiality and strategic priorities

Our approach

One organisation.
One transformation agenda.

CREDEW works across the boundaries that often weaken transformation. We connect strategic direction with organisational reality, leadership behaviour, sustainability commitments and the disciplines required for implementation.

  1. 01

    Understand the reality

Build a clear, evidence-led view of the organisation, its context and the forces shaping performance.

  2. 02

    Define the ambition

Clarify the choices, outcomes and principles that will guide transformation.

  3. 03

    Align the system

Connect strategy, structure, people, culture, leadership and sustainability around the same agenda.

  4. 04

    Activate and embed

Translate intent into practical roadmaps, ownership, capability and sustained ways of working.

CREDEW proprietary framework

Measure sustainability across the whole business.

The CREDEW Business Sustainability Index is a proprietary diagnostic and measurement framework that gives organisations an integrated view of their sustainability performance. It reveals strengths, gaps and priorities—turning broad commitments into evidence-led decisions and practical action.
